AIMS International Malta is thrilled to assist a reputable local company, with a well established presence across different industries, is looking to hire a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in the financial operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Group CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Accounts department.
- Prepare management accounts, including accurate profit and loss forecasts.
- Generate financial reports such as profit and loss reports, VAT returns, cash flow reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist external auditors, Board Members, and Management during audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash balances and forecasts to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Conduct bank statement reconciliations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgets and contribute to the formulation of the yearly business plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or ACCA level qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar finance management role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and positive approach.
- Ability to adapt to change and drive process improvements.
