We are currently assisting one of our clients with growing their corporate team by seeking a Corporate Administrator.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Handling company incorporations and related filings.

  • Processing changes in corporate structures.
  • Managing MBR (Malta Business Registry) submissions and updates.
  • Uploading and requesting official documents.
  • Coordinating notarisation and apostille of documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate regulations and timelines.
  • Maintaining and organizing company records and client files.
  • Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and notaries as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar corporate administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate registration procedures and related documentation.
  • Familiarity with MBR systems and requirements.
  • Experience with document authentication processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
