We are currently assisting one of our clients with growing their corporate team by seeking a Corporate Administrator.
Responsibilities:

Handling company incorporations and related filings.
- Processing changes in corporate structures.
- Managing MBR (Malta Business Registry) submissions and updates.
- Uploading and requesting official documents.
- Coordinating notarisation and apostille of documents.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate regulations and timelines.
- Maintaining and organizing company records and client files.
- Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and notaries as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar corporate administrative role.
- Strong understanding of corporate registration procedures and related documentation.
- Familiarity with MBR systems and requirements.
- Experience with document authentication processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
