AIMS International Malta is thrilled to be working with our esteemed client navigating the Financial Service industry and is on the lookout for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of international clients.
  • Be the sole point of contact with clients who have a variety of structures managed by the firm.
  • Develop, nurture and manage relationships with clients and relevant parties.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the administration and files related to trusts, corporate structure and residency applications. 
  • Trust Management.
  • Drafting and completing reports for relevant authorities.
  • Communicate with various internal departments to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to clients.
  • Monitoring activities of structures to ensure they are compliant with procedures and policies.
  • Liaise internally with legal departments to ensure everything is in line with legislation and legal obligations. 
  • Assist with any Ad-Hoc duties as required for the success of the business.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience within a CSP Environment.
  • Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Fluency in English at a professional level both written and spoken.
  • Maltese and other languages will be seen as an asset.
  • Experience in Trust Administration would be seen as an asset.
  • Great attitude, meticulous with the ability to work at ones own initiative are all positive and welcomes traits.
