Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with introducers, partners, and high-net-worth clients across key regions, particularly within Asian markets.
- Drive new business acquisition while ensuring sustained engagement and client loyalty.
- Represent the organisation at conferences, industry events, and high-profile meetings internationally.
- Set and manage sales goals, KPIs, and priorities aligned with the company’s regional development strategy.
- Provide direction and support to team members, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market-entry initiatives.
- Develop and execute targeted regional plans to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Travel (4-6 times a year) to support client pitches, introducer meetings, and other growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and refine regional marketing campaigns.
- Review and adapt marketing content to ensure cultural alignment, accuracy, and brand consistency within Chinese-speaking markets.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management within professional, financial, or advisory services.
- Strong knowledge of the Asian market, with established networks in Greater China considered an asset.
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin with an excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage direct reports and drive team performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently as required.
