AIMS International is assisting one of our clients, a well established Law Firm in Malta, with recruiting an Associate Lawyer - Private Client and Immigration.
The Firm is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Lawyer to join their Tax & Immigration Department with a particular focus on Private Client and Immigration.
Responsibilities:

Advising individual clients on residency and citizenship options available under local Laws.

Preparing and submitting applications for residence permits, visas, and work permits, and liaising with local authorities.

Drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to personal tax planning, power of attorney, wills, and asset structuring.

Liaising with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure a smooth client experience.

Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and related local and international developments.
Requirements:

In the final year of LLM or fully qualified.

Able to work under pressure and results-oriented.

Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in Immigration or related fields will be considered an asset but is not a requisite.
