Our client, a renowned Corporate Services provider in Malta, is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- The timely and accurate book keeping of all internal entities.
- The periodic generation of VAT reports and filing.
- Preparation of periodic management accounts.
- Assistance with company budget preparation and maintenance.
- Assistance with company billing process.
- Various ad hoc accounting tasks such as preparing payments, liaising with suppliers etc.
- The assistance with various accounting administration tasks.
Education:
- An A-level in Accounting or an MCAST AAT Diploma is required for this role. Additionally, individuals pursuing their ACCA qualification would be considered a strong asset.
