Responsibilities:
- Responding to enquiries received from prospective clients and preparing proposals for the clients’ consideration.
- Assisting clients with licence applications.
- Leading regulatory compliance projects and providing support to team members.
- Participating in engagements as an expert in regulatory on-site visits.
- Delivering training sessions and workshops, as may be required from time to time.
- Providing consultancy and regulatory support to designated officers, so appointed on licensed entities.
- Managing the adequacy of policies and procedures and their implementation, and the drawing up of remediation plans.
- Stay up to date with local and international regulatory developments.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related area.
- At least 5 years experience in the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework in Malta.
- Excellent command in English language.
