Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist the finance team in extracting data from client platforms, invoicing, and communication with operators.
- Ensure all company details are updated on client platforms.
- Supervise the timely maintenance and accuracy of monthly reporting sheets for each client.
- Monitor receivables and oversee debt collection processes.
- Provide regular debt reports to clients and hold review meetings when required.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with finance functions.
- Ensure VAT applied to sales invoices is accurate, liaising with the accounting team as needed.
- Supervise junior finance administration staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Review work prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in performance appraisals and professional development.
- Delegate tasks effectively to optimize efficiency and meet client deadlines.
- Track team hours on jobs to ensure fair delivery and identify improvement areas.
- Identify and implement improvements to administration processes across accounting teams.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Identify workflow improvements within both internal and client finance admin services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in finance or accounting (preferably within iGaming, affiliate marketing, or digital platforms).
- Proven experience in financial operations (invoicing, receivables, reporting).
- Strong understanding of VAT regulations and tax compliance.
- Familiarity with debt collection processes and cash flow management.
- Hands-on experience with client platforms, accounting systems, and workflow tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles and maintaining professional relationships.
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
- Accounting experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience supervising staff, delegating work, and mentoring.
- High level of accuracy in documentation and financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online platforms (including secure systems).
