The Secretary will be responsible for a diverse range of administration and support duties. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing the overall efficiency within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Provision of general secretarial support
- Maintenance of office systems including paper and electronic filing
- Managing conference attendance and coordinating related logistics
- Handling calls and addressing clients’ administrative needs
- Preparing meetings and greeting clients
- Registering employees for training sessions and organising related arrangements.
- An A’ level standard of education
- Be organised and meticulous in their work
- Excellent communication skills especially in English and Maltese, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
