Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards across all operations.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop training programs to raise awareness of QHSE issues among employees and contractors.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure QHSE objectives are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Maintain documentation and prepare QHSE performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in maritime, shipbuilding, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of international safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective improvement measures.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
