Our client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in line with budget and technical requirements..
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources, operational divisions, and third parties/suppliers to ensure the proper execution of projects.
- Define the purpose and objectives of each project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop detailed project implementation plans and monitor their execution.
- Supervise all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and record project progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, work plans, and associated costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report issues to management as needed.
- Perform all tasks related to the assigned role.
- Ensure that all contracts are delivered on time, within technical limits, and according to the set budget.
- Provide guidance to the repair team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is considered an asset.
- A bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or similar relevant experience, preferably within the marine sector or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team leadership aptitude.
