Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the company is compliant with local regulation and legislation.
- Oversee the onboarding process and manage the ongoing client monitoring.
- Being a point of reference for compliance matters internally.
- Manage the compliance monitoring and adopting the risk based approach.
- Manage the maintenance of register and schedules related to higher risk areas of business.
- Keep abreast with changes in regulatory requirements in Malta.
- Review and update local policies and procedures as required.
- Organize ongoing compliance training programmes for employees.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience in a similar role in the TCSP industry.
- Educational background in compliance, risk and regulatory matters.
- Knowledge of relevant Maltese and EU legislation.
- Excellent command in English.
