Responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of employment contracts, extensions, amendments, and terminations Drafting of employment letters and mandatory documentation
- Management of obligations required under the Employment and Industrial Relations Act (EIRA)
- Registrations and communications with Jobsplus
- Management of documentation for EU and non-EU workers (Single Work Permit, immigration compliance) Administrative payroll support (FSS, Social Security Contributions, income tax)
- Updating HR records and document filing in compliance with GDPR
- Verification of subcontractors’ administrative documentation
- Support in the event of audits or inspections
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Economics, Law, or related fields
- 2–4 years of experience in personnel administration, preferably in Malta
- Knowledge of Maltese employment law
- Experience managing foreign workers
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office package
- Precision, confidentiality, and compliance-oriented mindset
