Responsibilities:
- To oversee incorporation, management and secretarial compliance of various types of corporate clients.
- To ensure that ad hoc and annual services are being delivered to the clients in accordance with the set processes, procedures and in accordance with the applicable laws.
- To organize the internal processes for Corporate team to maximize effectiveness without compromising on the quality of clients’ experience.
- To oversee transaction monitoring process.
- To supervise and facilitate the training of junior members of the team ensuring that best industry practice is being applied and continually improved.
- At least 5 years of experience in a CSP.
- A degree in Business Administration, Law or related field.
- A qualification in Trusts, Taxation, Fund Management or related will be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of English language.
