Responsibilities:
- Maintain transparent and efficient account records.
- Record financial transactions and prepare journal entries.
- Prepare bank and other reconciliations.
- Monitor accruals and prepayments.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
- Update lease schedules.
- Prepare quarterly VAT reports.
- Collaborate with the audit team for efficient audits.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Preference will be given to candidates in the early stages of pursuing ACCA, but the same is not a must.
- Have an excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of SUN Systems accounting software will be considered an advantage.
