Our client, an established CSP, is looking for a Executive/Senior Executive in their corporate services department.
Responsibilities:
- Handling client communications
- Constant liaising with MBR and other relevant authorities
- Handling company incorporation/redomiciliation processes, share transfers, liquidations, and other corporate actions in line with Maltese company law
- Compiling data in respect of Beneficial Owner inspections conducted by the Malta Business Registry and liaising with the authority in this regard
- Reviewing of contracts and resolutions and ancillary corporate documentation, to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency with instructions
- Utilising template agreements for drafting of simple contracts and resolutions and ancillary corporate documentation
- Assisting with the opening of bank accounts and the preparation of online banking payments (on behalf of client entities where contractually authorised) for authorisation
- Mentor and supervise juniors within the same team
- Handling day to day corporate administration duties required for the smooth running of the client entities
- Preparing for, attending, and supporting board meetings of client entities, taking minutes and ensuring decisions are properly documented and implemented
- Maintaining company and trust records, whilst ensuring physical files and database master files are maintained in a correct manner
- Ensure that statutory deadlines are met.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
- A university degree (MQF Level 6) is preferable, although a minimum MQF Level 5 qualification may suffice.
- Knowledge of Maltese company law and regulations pertinent to corporate administration
- Experience dealing with high-profile clients, banks and MBR
- Ability to draft/review corporate documents
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft software
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active and organised with a keen eye for detail
