AIMS International Malta is pleased to be assisting our client with this supportive HR role whereby the chosen candidate will oversee the work of junior team members, and serve as the primary point of contact for temporary workers. The role will be offered on both a Full-Time and Reduced -Hours basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to HR-related queries from temporary workers and junior colleagues, providing clear guidance on company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Assisting management with all aspects of contract management, including pre-selection, onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and absence management.
  • Ensuring HR records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems (Talexio) and Time & Attendance platforms, including payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Communicating with temporary workers via email or phone and coordinating periodic meetings as needed.
  • Preparing periodic and ad hoc reports for management review.
  • Coordinating and assisting with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, data entry, mail handling, and preparing or processing required documents.
  • Supporting management with meetings, work plans, troubleshooting, and other project-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in human resources, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, including coordinating workflows, mentoring junior staff, and training new employees.
  • Strong background in customer service with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
