AIMS International Malta is thrilled to be representing one of our clients who is operating within the insurance industry and is looking to hire an Administrator to join their compliance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep internal filing systems both physical and electronic up to date.
  • Handle communications on multiple platforms.
  • Handle the upkeep of internal department databases.
  • Offer assistance with tasks related to compliance.
  • Minute taking in meetings.
  • Prepare scheduled reports.
  • Compose statistical reports for management.
  • Support senior management

Requirements:

  • Advanced Level Certification.
  • In-depth familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Good knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both the Maltese and English languages. Proficient knowledge of Spanish would be seen as an asset.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a regulated industry will be seen as an asset.
