Our client, a leading Corporate Service Provider in Malta, is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Support Officer to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining and organising bookkeeping vouchers from clients including sales invoices, purchase invoices and bank statements.
- Preparing bookkeeping documents in preparation for posting onto the accounting system.
- Posting bookkeeping transactions onto our accounting system.
- Performing all relevant reconciliations.
Requirements:
- An accounting or finance background would be desirable.
- Highly organised individual with close attention to detail.
- Professional level of English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, however, full training will be provided to the selected individual.
