His early career includes legal service with the Royal Norwegian Air Force, followed by a decade at PwC Malta, where he honed his skills in tax compliance and cross-border legal frameworks.
Thomas has served on the boards of multiple Malta-based companies, both regulated (licensed by the MFSA or other competent authorities) and non-regulated entities, offering strategic oversight, fiduciary accountability, and governance leadership. His board roles span sectors including financial services, investment structures, trading companies, and holding entities.
Fluent in Norwegian and English, Thomas blends global insight with local expertise. His multidisciplinary acumen makes him a natural choice for board roles requiring strategic oversight in legal, tax, governance, or international operations.
