Louise is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the Corporate Services Provider (CSP) industry. She has supported a wide spectrum of clients—including those from the corporate, private, and public sectors, as well as entrepreneurs—across various aspects of company secretarial work, corporate governance, trustee, and directorship services.
She has held several board positions across diverse industries, demonstrating a strong track record in leadership and strategic oversight. In 2020, Louise transitioned from a focus on Corporate and Tax to assume a broader leadership role in Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), further solidifying her reputation as a trusted advisor in regulated environments.
Currently, she supports AIMS International Malta across its Executive Search, Board Services, and HR practices, drawing on her deep experience in financial services to deliver strategic value to clients and stakeholders alike.
Academically, Louise holds a dual Master’s degree—an MBA and a Master’s in Banking and Finance—earned through the prestigious Chartered Banker MBA (CBMBA) programme. She also holds a Diploma in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation (MIT).

Born in Malta, Louise lives with her family in a small and picturesque fishing village in the South-Eastern part of the island. Outside of work, she is an adrenaline enthusiast who has taken on skydiving, hang gliding, paragliding, ziplining, and abseiling. She also has a passion for global travel and discovering new cultures. In quieter moments, she enjoys painting—particularly contemporary and abstract art—and finds joy in cooking, with a special talent for seafood dishes inspired by her coastal upbringing.
She is fluent in Maltese, English, and Italian, and has a basic knowledge of French.
